Federal/State Tax Form: Updating Status and Withholdings

If you need to update your federal or state tax withholdings, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to ADP.

  2. Navigate to: Myself → Pay → Tax Withholdings.

  3. Select the form to update: Click Edit next to the federal or state tax form you want to change.

  4. Complete the form: Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out your digital tax form. You may be asked to verify your identity using two-factor authentication(?).

  5. Review and submit: Double-check your information, then confirm your updates by checking the certification box and providing your electronic signature.

  6. Processing time: Please allow one full pay cycle for your changes to take effect.
