Once you receive approval from your immediate management team or Doctor, you must submit your time-off request in ADP (click).
All time-off requests must be entered before the end of the pay period in which the time off occurred.
How to Submit Your Request:
1. Log in to the ADP Self-Service Portal.
2. Navigate to your Profile.
3. Under the Time Off section, click My Time Off.
4. In the Balances section on the left side of the page, select Request Time Off.
5. Enter the dates you were/plan to be out of the office.
6. Select the applicable Time Off Policy.
7. Choose the appropriate Reason Code (PTO or Sick).
8. Enter the number of Hours Per Day.
9. Review your request and click Submit.
Note: Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting to avoid payroll delays. If you experience any issues entering your request, contact HR for assistance.
