Where Do I Enroll or Waive Insurance Benefits?

Medical/RX, Dental & Vision:

You will need to login to your ADP Self-Service Portal and navigate to the Benefit Enrollment Tab to choose to 'enroll' or 'waive' coverages for Medical/RX, Dental and Vision.

ADP>Myself>Benefits>Benefit Enrollment

AFLAC Supplemental Benefits:

For AFLAC Benefits, please navigate to the AFLAC Landing Page to view the 6 plans offered. Here, you can schedule your enrollment with our Independent Representative.
