For all benefit-eligible employees that waived initial enrollments in the company offered benefits, you may be able to make changes to current plans/enrollments or enroll in previously waived benefits if you recently experienced a Qualifying Event.

A Qualifying Event is a major change in your life that allows you to make changes to your health insurance outside the standard annual open enrollment period. Below is the list of Qualified Events.

Qualifying Events

  1. Birth of a Child
  2. Loss of other coverage
  3. Adoption
  4. Marriage
  5. Divorce
  6. Death

Please note you have only 30 days from the event to make changes to your current benefit elections.

How To:

Initiating a Qualifying Life Event

  1. Login to your ADP Workforce Now Portal, and navigate to 'Benefits'
  2. Under the Benefits Homepage, you will see an option for 'Report a Life Event'

Please Note: If you are registering for a QLE after a Qualifying Event has occurred, it is possible you may already owe insurance premium arrears.
