Created by Daniella Lucaj, Modified on Fri, Mar 6 at 12:39 PM by Daniella Lucaj

Option One: Access Your Card Online (Computer or Phone Browser)

  • Go to the BCBS member login page:

  • Please log in using the username and password you created during registration.

* A verification code may be sent via text to the phone number on file.

  • After logging in, the homepage will display a title reading "ID Cards and Proof of Coverage." Click on that title.

  • On the ID Cards and Proof of Coverage page, you can:

    • View your digital card.

    • Order new physical cards.

    • Download or print it.

Please keep in mind that physical cards are mailed out within 7 - 10 business days once ordered.

⚠️  Your physical member ID card is your official proof of eligibility and current enrollment in your Blue Cross plan. You can print a temporary card, but your provider may not accept it at time of service.

Option Two: Use the BCBS Mobile App

  1. Download your local BCBS mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Log in using your member account.

  3. Tap “ID Card” on the main screen.

From the app, you can:

  • Show your digital insurance card

  • Save it to your phone

  • Share it with your provider if needed

Option Two: If You Don’t Have an Account Yet

  1. Go to the BCBS login page.

  2. Click Register.

  3. Enter:

    • Name

    • Date of birth

    • Email

    • Last 4-digits of your Social Security Number.

* If you do not want to provide this information, then click on 'I don't want to give my Social Security number.'

Once registered, your insurance card will appear in the ID Card section.
